|  | XPViewer is a standalone application identical to XPSWMM/XPStorm, except that the ability to **Solve** a model and **Save** changes is disabled. Model Files must be encrypted in the licensed application to be viewable with XPViewer.
This provides the benefit of submitting a completed model to an agency completely without the risk of an edit and the confirmation that the model results are what was submitted.
