Periodically, Innovyze releases an upgrade (new version of application that contains software improvements or new features) or updates (software improvements or bug fixes). To be eligible to apply these files to your current installation of InfoWater Pro<sup>®</sup> software product, maintenance needs to be up-to-date and the InfoWater Pro license key should also be up-to-date.

If you are using an older version of InfoWater Pro and wish to upgrade, perform the following procedures:

1. Open a web browser to [http://www.innovyze.com](http://www.innovyze.com) and navigate to the **Support > Product Downloads** section.
2. Enter your Innovyze user name and password or register as a new user.> Macro (inline-media-image)
3. Select the link to the page with the version of InfoWater Pro you are currently running.
4. Download the applicable upgrade.
5. Run the executable upgrade.

If you are using the current version of InfoWater Pro and wish to update, perform the following procedures:

1. Open a web browser to [http://www.innovyze.com](http://www.innovyze.com) and navigate to the **Support > Product Downloads** section.
2. Enter your Innovyze user name and password (see screenshot above) or register as a new user.
3. Select the link to the page with the version of InfoWater Pro you are currently running.
4. Download any Service Pack not yet applied.
5. Run the executable Service Pack update.
6. Download the latest update.
7. Run the executable update.

> ✅ If you have current annual maintenance keys, you may update or upgrade your InfoWater Pro at any time.
