When installing the Innovyze License Administrator (ILA) on a network server, two UDP ports are needed for incoming communication from the client computers.

### Symptom

InfoDrainage or the ILA is able to see the server; however, no licenses appear to be available.

### Windows Firewall

Building a Windows Inbound Firewall Rule for the ILA for the network server is recommended.

The key step in the Inbound Port Rule is to set UDP to the two ports 5093, and 5099.
