Introduction

The Civil3D® Interface, known as IDCAD, allows the engineer to create full drainage networks within the Civil3D® environment (v2019 and v2020).  The data can then be exchanged with InfoDrainage for full drainage analysis via the IDDX format.

To load IDCAD in Civil3D use the Civil3D command 'Netload' and select IDCAD.DLL. Once loaded the IDCAD ribbon will be operational.
