InfoAsset Planner's Operation Center is the central hub for all InfoAsset Planner analyses.  It is generally the most used window and should be docked in an easy-to-access location.

The Operation Center is where CCTV data, risk analysis, statistical deterioration modeling, rehab decision trees, inferences, validations, graphs, reports, data miners, and more information is all stored and analyzed.  The Operation Center can be opened by clicking  in the main InfoAsset Planner toolbar.

The Operation Center should always contain tabs for Analysis, Toolbox, Data Miner, and LCCA.  However, the LCCA tab shown above will only be available if you have a Tier 3 or above license of InfoAsset Planner.  Depending on the selected tab, different options will be shown below.

This tab contains many different types of analysis tools and stored analysis results.  Once you have imported or associated data with a particular facility type and are ready to perform InfoAsset Planner analysis, the order of analysis options in the Analysis tab is a good guide for processing data.  For example, it makes sense to run the CCTV Wizard Analysis () first, then create COFs and LOFs (,), use these COFs and LOFs to create a risk analysis (), and then use all this information to feed the logical rehabilitation decision tree analysis ().

The Analysis tab contains a drop-down tool for you to toggle between your different facility types.  Every facility type contains the option for creating COFs, LOFs, Risk analyses, and Rehabilitation Plans, but only some will contain the Survey Data Import, Deterioration Model, and other tools.

Some of the tools listed above can be found by selecting the  drop-down button at the top of the Operation Center.  Tools which may be found here include material replacement settings, pipe redundancy, baseline replacement cost, batch run, and valve criticality if applicable to the selected facility type.

When a new analysis is created in the Operation Center, it will be displayed in the appropriate drop-down menu.  Most options within the Operation Center as can be found by right-clicking on the drop-down menu tool or selected analysis.  You may also adjust their double-click settings within the InfoAsset Planner > Settings > Mouse Event tab.

All the items listed in the Toolbox tab are described in other areas of the Help.  For more information see:

The toolbox tab is where reports, graphs, map themes, and selections may be created and stored.  In addition, the optional data clean up tools, Inference and Validation, may be created and stored within this tab.  Like the analysis tab, you can access all the different options within this tab by either right-clicking to open a drop-down menu, or double-clicking to either run or open the saved item.

All the items listed in the Toolbox tab are described in other areas of the Help.  For more information see:

Data Miner

The Data Miner tab is where all created and saved data miner tools are stored.  Data miners are great tools for creating customized tables, query lists, or facility selections either to use as standalone outputs or as additional inputs for any of the options in the Analysis tab.  Right-clicking anywhere in the tab will allow you to access the drop-down menu shown below and create a new data miner.

For more information see:

This is the final tab which may or may not be available depending on the your licensing tier (Tier >= 3).  If unlocked by a higher tier license, you can access this tab to create Present Value, Equivalent Uniform Annual Cost, or Life Cycle Budget Study analyses.
