Returns the value given by the result from Indexof function.

ValueOf and IndexOf functions are used in cases where you need the value of a certain sensor when a different sensor meets a certain criteria.

Parameter

Description

Input Data*

Defines the time series data fed into the function. This can be a sensor ID or another function.

PeriodNumber of data intervals considered in the function

*Input data is optional in most cases. If Info360 detects that the first input is time series data, it will be applied to the function. Otherwise, the current active sensor's data will be used, which is often the case in Reference Charts.

Expression:

ValueOf([input timeseries], [index]) – Returns the value of [input time series] for the specified index in the [index] input. It is most common to obtain the [index] values using the Indexof function.

Example Usage as an Expression:

ValueOf({@SystemPressure},IndexOf({@Usage},Lowest({@Usage},24),24) - This expression is used for while conducting Minimum Nightly Flow analysis, the system pressure may be needed at the time of minimum usage flow for the day.

Example Reference Chart:

In the following example, a ValueOf expression in Biz Block is used to return the value of the system pressure for the usage flow index within a period of 24 hours. The resulting graph is useful for when conducting Minimum Nightly Flow analysis, the system pressure may be needed at the time of minimum usage flow for the day.
