Innovyze License Administrator ILA

To uninstall Innovyze License Administrator (ILA):

  1. Open the Control Panel and choose Add/Remove Programs
  2. Search for Innovyze License Administrator, select it, and click Uninstall.


Uninstalling Innovyze License Administrator Services

These steps require administrative rights to the machine and will remove the two services and Sentinel license from a computer.  It is best to coordinate this action with Innovyze support as removing an activated license does not allow the license to be reactivated.

Removing an activated license does not allow the license to be reactivated.

Right-click on each of the following two Services, selecting "Stop" to stop each service.

  • Sentinel Cloud Plugin Service for Innovyzeltd
  • Sentinel RMS License Manger

Open the command prompt with Run as Administrator and enter the following to change the directory to the location of the Sentinel RMS License Manager:

    CD “C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\SafeNet Sentinel\Sentinel RMS License Manager\WinNT

Delete the licensing file by running the following command:

    DEL lservrc

Change the directory to the Sentinel Cloud Plugin Service for Innovyzeltd service:

   CD %PROGRAMDATA%\Innovyze\Licensing

Remove the service by running the following uninstall command:

     sntlcloudps_innovyzeltd.exe -r
